General Settings

Overview

The General settings page displays your organisation’s core information and allows admins to update the organisation name.

Features

• Organisation Name — Editable text field showing the current name of your organisation. Changes are saved immediately when you click Save.
• Created On — Read-only field displaying the date and time the organisation was created.

How to Update Your Organisation Name

1. Navigate to Settings > General.
2. Edit the text in the Organisation Name field.
3. Click Save.
4. A success toast confirms the change. The new name takes effect immediately across the platform.
