Getting Support

Need help? Submit a ticket from the in-app Support page (/support) or email us directly at support@vibeview.io.

Submitting a ticket

The Support page is available to signed-in users. When you submit a ticket we automatically attach your account email and organization, so you don’t need to re-enter them.

Fill in:

  • Ticket name (required) — a brief summary of your issue.
  • Category (required) — Bug report, Product issue, Billing issue, Account / access, Feature request, or General inquiry.
  • Priority — Low, Medium (default), High, or Critical.
  • Description (required) — full details, including steps to reproduce.
  • Related app (optional) — pick one of your uploaded apps, or choose “Other / not listed” to paste a link. If you haven’t uploaded any apps yet, you’ll see a link field instead.

After you submit, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a copy of your request, and our team will get back to you within 24 hours.
