Integration
Mobile App Builds on Every Push with the GitHub App
Install the VibeView GitHub App and your pushes and pull requests build in the VibeView cloud on their own: React Native and Expo, Flutter, Capacitor, Kotlin Multiplatform and native projects, for iOS, Android, Apple TV and Android TV. Each build reports a check on the commit, a pull request gets one comment that links to the build on a live cloud device, and a version tag can make a signed production build. There is no workflow file to write, no API token to store and no Mac runner to pay for.
How it works
- 01
Install the App from VibeView
Under Settings > Integrations, click Install on GitHub on the GitHub App card, then pick the account and only the repositories VibeView may read. GitHub sends you back with the repositories listed.
- 02
Choose what builds
Click Configure on a repository and turn on Build this repository. Pick the branches whose pushes build, keep Pull requests on, and Detect from vibeview.json fills in each project and platform. Build profile picks the vibeview.json profile that pushes and pull requests build: Automatic builds preview when the project has an unsigned one, so a React Native or Expo build runs without Metro. Turn on Version tags for signed production builds from tags such as v1.4.0.
- 03
Push
Every push to those branches and every pull request from the same repository builds. Each project and platform gets its own check, the pull request gets one comment that updates as builds finish, and a new commit cancels the pull request’s older builds. Pull requests from forks never build.
