Acceptable Use Policy
Last updated: November 3, 2026
1. Purpose
This Acceptable Use Policy sets out what you may and may not do with the VibeView software and services (the “Software”) provided by Scriptx, UAB. It forms part of our Terms of Service, and the words defined there have the same meaning here. If this policy and the Terms of Service conflict, the Terms of Service prevail.
You may only upload, run, and test applications that you own or are otherwise authorised to use.
2. Prohibited uses
You may not use the Software for any illegal purpose, or in any way that violates the intellectual property rights of others. That includes, for example, using it to create, view, store or share child sexual abuse material; for phishing, fraud or other deceptive practices; to threaten or harass anyone; or to collect or expose other people's personal data without a lawful basis. In addition, you may not:
- upload or run malware, or use sessions to attack, scan, disrupt, or gain unauthorised access to any network, system, or service;
- use the Software to mine cryptocurrency or for other non-testing compute workloads;
- route traffic from other devices or networks through a session (for example as a proxy, VPN endpoint, or relay), or run software that sells or shares a session's network connection with others (for example bandwidth-sharing apps). Testing your own VPN or proxy client app on a session's device is allowed;
- circumvent or attempt to circumvent technical limits, quotas, or security measures of the Software;
- load-test, stress-test, or benchmark the Software itself without our prior written consent;
- resell, sublicense, or white-label the Software, or offer it to third parties as your own service, without a separate written agreement with us; or
- create accounts by automated means or farm free-tier resources.
3. Restricted apps
We don't allow certain apps on the Software, and some are available on paid plans only. We may block, remove, or stop such apps. The categories are listed on our Restricted apps page.
4. Fair use of plans
Plan limits apply per customer, not per account. You may not create or use multiple accounts or organisations to circumvent plan limits, usage quotas, free-tier allowances, or fees. We may treat accounts under common ownership or control as a single customer for the purpose of applying limits. Free allowances are limited to one per person; we may withhold the Free allowance from accounts we reasonably believe duplicate another account.
5. Visitors to your embeds and share links
You are responsible for all usage and conduct occurring through your account, including sessions started by visitors through your embed keys and share links; such usage counts against your organisation's limits and usage credit.
6. Enforcement
We may suspend or restrict your use of the Software while we investigate a suspected breach of this policy. A suspension stops access to your account; it does not delete your data.
A breach of this policy is a breach of the Terms of Service, and the suspension and termination provisions of the Terms apply. Where the law requires it, or where we reasonably believe it is needed to protect people, we may report illegal activity and preserve the related information to the relevant authorities.
7. Reporting abuse
To report abuse of the Software, or a security issue, email support@vibeview.io with what you saw and, where you can, the link or account involved.
8. Changes
This policy is part of the Terms of Service, so it changes the way the Terms do: we post the revised version, and give notice of material changes as the Terms describe. The date at the top shows when it last changed. Questions: support@vibeview.io.
