Invite anyone into a session you’re running with one link. They watch or take the controls, and everyone sees where the others are pointing. Guests need no account and nothing to install.

View only, or Can control

Choose what guests can do. Guests with control tap, type and use the same device controls you have; view-only guests watch and point.

See each other point

Each person’s pointer has its own colour and name, and shows a filled circle while they press, so pointing and tapping look different.

Who did what

When someone presses Home, rotates the device or opens a link, a short note says who did it. What someone types is never shown to anyone else.

You stay in charge

Regenerate the link to disconnect everyone, or turn collaboration off. Nobody joins without the link, teammates included.

How it works

Start a session

Open your app on a device from Devices, or choose Work on it together in Sharing.

Turn on collaboration

Click Collaborate above the device, turn on Enable collaboration and choose View only or Can control.

Send the link

Copy the link and send it. Guests land straight in the live session in their browser.

End it when you’re done

Regenerate the link, turn collaboration off, or stop the session, which ends it for everyone.

Frequently asked questions

How many guests can join?

It depends on your plan; the pricing page lists the guests per session for each. Contact support@vibeview.io if you need more.

Can a teammate open my session without the link?

No. Collaboration is off by default and the link is the only way in, for people in your organization too.

Does a guest keep the session open?

A connected guest keeps it from closing when you step away, but an idle session still ends: only using the device counts as activity, and guests see a countdown first.
