Frequently asked questions.
What counts as a session?
A session is a single simulator instance allocated to a user. Plan limits apply to concurrent sessions — how many can run at the same time — not to how many you start per month. Streaming time draws from your plan’s monthly included minutes.
What happens when I hit my session or usage limits?
New sessions beyond your concurrent-session limit are rejected until a slot frees up. Streaming past your included monthly minutes bills your usage credit at $0.06/min; if credit runs out (or overage is disabled), sessions get a 60-second warning and end, and new AI test runs are blocked. You can buy prepaid credit top-ups anytime — they never expire — or use BYOK for AI runs.
What do cloud builds cost?
Cloud builds (beta) compile your React Native app on VibeView’s build fleet — run `vibeview build --cloud` and the artifact lands in your Build History. Every plan includes free builds each month (see the comparison table above); additional builds bill your usage credit at $2 per iOS build and $1 per Android build.
Can I use BYOK on the Free plan?
Yes. BYOK is available on every plan, including Free. This lets you run unlimited AI-powered tests without upgrading, as long as you supply your own API key.
Is there a per-seat charge?
No. Plans are priced per organization, not per user. All members of an organization share the same pool of sessions and usage credit.
What platforms are supported?
VibeView supports iOS, Android, Apple TV, Android TV, and Roku (beta). All platforms are available on every plan.
How is streaming time measured?
Streaming time is measured from the moment a simulator session begins streaming frames to your browser until the session ends. Idle time within an active session still counts toward the limit.
