Overview
Settings > Plan and usage shows your plan, your usage credit balance and what your organization has used this month, in one place. Organization admins also buy credit and turn streaming overage on or off here. Usage figures refresh automatically every minute while the page is open. Bookmarks to the old Credits page still work.
Under the page title you see your current plan and the reporting window: usage since the 1st of the month, and the date the monthly counters reset (the 1st of next month, UTC). Every usage figure covers that calendar month except the plan allowance bar, which follows your allowance’s refill cycle (see below). See plans in Billing takes you to Billing to change plan. Balance and credit
Balance
Your total usage credit, with its two parts: Monthly allowance remaining and Prepaid credit. When a refill is scheduled, the card says when the allowance refills. Unused allowance does not carry over; prepaid credit never expires. See Usage credit for how the two are spent.
Monthly credit, VibeView
Plan allowance used is a progress bar of how much of your plan’s included usage credit you have spent since it last refilled. Below it, the card says when that period started and when the allowance refills next:
- Free — the allowance refills on the 1st of each month (UTC), so the bar covers the calendar month, like the rest of the page.
- Paid plans — the allowance refills on your billing date, so the bar covers your current billing period (for example, Since Sep 10, 2026 · refills Oct 10, 2026). That can differ from the calendar month the rest of the page shows.
If no refill is scheduled (for example, after a subscription has ended), no refill date is shown.
The line This month: N AI runs · Cost $X counts VibeView-provided AI runs in the calendar month, so on a paid plan it need not add up to the allowance bar above it.
Buy credits
Organization admins can add prepaid credit: choose one of the amounts offered, or enter a whole-dollar Custom amount within the range shown and click Buy credits, then complete the one-time checkout. Tax is calculated at checkout, and your receipt and invoice are emailed to you. When you come back, the page shows Payment received — updating your balance… until the credit appears; if you cancel checkout, it says Top-up canceled.
Developers and Viewers see the balance and a note that only organization admins can buy credits or change streaming overage.
This month’s usage
Streaming minutes
A progress bar of streaming minutes used against your plan’s included monthly minutes, with the date they reset (the 1st of next month, UTC).
If your organization has gone past the included minutes, an extra line shows the overage minutes billed and the credit spent on them. When some billed overage minutes are still unconsumed (for example, a bonus-minute grant landed after overage was already billed), the line notes how many of those minutes are still usable.
Streaming overage
The Streaming overage setting sits on the Streaming minutes card. It controls whether streaming past your plan’s included monthly minutes bills your usage credit ($0.06 per minute on Free, $0.02 on paid plans) or hard-stops sessions at the included minutes instead. When it is disabled, or when usage credit runs out, sessions past the included minutes get a 60-second warning, then end automatically.
To change it, an organization admin picks Enabled (the default) or Disabled; a Save changes button appears in the page header, and clicking it saves the setting. Developers and Viewers see the current value read-only.
Active sessions
Your current concurrent sessions against the plan’s concurrent-session limit, plus the total number of sessions started this month. Plan limits apply to concurrent sessions — the monthly count is informational.
Cloud builds
Free builds used this month against your plan’s monthly free-build quota, plus the total number of cloud builds this month and what they cost.
Storage
A progress bar of your build storage against the plan’s included amount (Free 2 GB, Dev 10 GB, Starter 25 GB, Pro 250 GB). It counts every uploaded build plus production build downloads you have kept. The bar turns amber at 80% and red at the limit. To free space, delete old builds from an app’s Build history or remove a production build’s download from the Builds page.
Bring your own key (BYOK)
BYOK AI usage
Total tokens and runs executed with your own API keys this month, with an estimated cost (~$X est.). BYOK runs are billed by your provider directly — VibeView deducts nothing — so this figure is a list-price estimate for reference, not a bill.
Controlling BYOK spend
VibeView does not cap BYOK spend — your provider does. To cap what you spend, set a usage or budget limit in your provider’s dashboard (for example, OpenAI usage limits, Anthropic spend limits, or Google Cloud budgets). Those limits are enforced against your actual bill in real time.
Per-model breakdown
A table of AI usage by model for the current month — runs and cost per model, sorted by run count.
Cost history
Every charge and credit to your usage credit, newest first, with Previous and Next to page through. Columns: Date, Type (Run charge, Streaming overage, Cloud build, Top-up, Refill, Adjustment, Refund), Model, Bucket (Allowance or Prepaid) and Amount.
